From writing that article I had confidence to take a job that required me taking minutes and it has turned out fine. I have written many articles on my blog on subjects that I knew nothing about. I have been on some interactive sites where assistants ask questions and get answers and I learn from them as I have some of the same questions. Lunch n learns are also a good way to learn from each other. Administrative newsletters or bulletin boards where you can post tips or suggestions is a good way to learn.
