If an urgent and important matter comes up, I take care of it. My goal for the routine is to get 20% of all activities done that are the most valuable, assuming that 20% gives me 80% of the benefits for achieving what I want (the Pareto Principle - Wikipedia link). These are the tasks that are meant to get me closer to my goals.

My goal for this blog is to give good tips and ideas and occasionally put a smile on your face as you start your day!Lets It works well when it is a co-worker who sits closest to you, but depending on how your office is set up that might not be possible. It is also amazing how much we pick up from our co-workers during the day.
