Here is some common-sense etiquette: Screen your calls: Subscribe to call display. However, I think our etiquette hasnt caught up with the technology. Other times we will be talking and I notice his eyes moving to his BlackBerry and I will see he is no longer paying attention to me, but reading emails instead.

What is the proper etiquette when addressing or writing to a President? Well, behind every important business person, whether they be the head of a Fortune 500 company, a movie star or even The President of the United States, they all need an assistant to help them manage their responsibilities. Why do we not use their full name?

I wrote the article The Art of Minute Taking and I had only taken minutes a few times about 25 years ago. From writing that article I had confidence to take a job that required me taking minutes and it has turned out fine. I have written many articles on my blog on subjects that I knew nothing about. How did I do it?

After reading the article on the "remote clicker", which is what I used to call it, I asked John in the cubicle beside me. When I looked on Google different companies were calling it different things, but PowerPoint Remote or Presentation Remote does help. Hi Patricia and fellow admins. We looked in a catalogue and found it.
