I just recently read an article on it and was surprised when I really paid attention to the messages I was sending myself that some of them were negative. Don’t let self doubt take over. I know that is easier said than done because low self esteem may be the roadblock. They could see something in me, that I couldnt.

I mentioned this to our team of admins at one of our meetings so when one of my co-workers found out how to do something they thought to share it with the team. We dont know what we dont know.

By the same token, I appreciate it when someone lets me know by when they will have something for me and if they can’t have it done by that date, then I like it when they get back to me to say when I can expect it. So that is what I like, but it isn’t always what I get. I can only guess when I might get it.
