What’s funny about getting that job is that I never had any specific training for that. In a few days we completed a small training. Very thought provoking post Dragos, well worth the read and the self analysis. Based on my own framework, called Assess - Decide - Do, it will definitely change the way you look at productivity.

My whole business relies on psychological tricks, unconscious body language, and the inflection and analysis of spoken language. The training to spot language patterns mid-conversation boggles the mind. You definitely don’t know what to prioritize or where to begin. I firmly believed I couldn't do that by email.
