From the physical environment to the relationship level, everything was rough. Exciting, if you look at it form the outside, frightening if you have to do it. And after that year, I was reassigned to an Airborne unit at Ft. Romanian army wasn’t what you may call a summer camp. On the contrary. It was a tough place to be in.
