Plan out an agenda of all points that will need to be discussed. The Timekeeper would make sure each topic is covered within the amount of time mentioned on the agenda. If the person isnt responsible for any of the items discussed in this meeting, dont invite them. Delegate a person to be a a Facilitator, a Timekeeper and a Scribe.

In my case, I am lucky, since I only have to track calls for myself and use my daily journal or agenda (call it what you will) to make notes. Do you wish that you could be able to track calls and make sure that you have all of the details in place? This happens to everyone from time to time.

Build your own network! Dino Said on December 22nd, 2008 at 3:42 am I agree , I too work at home and I love it , no rigid dress code , no claustrophobic cubicle and no stress generating travel from home to work office. The potential for conservation agendas to empower and enrich local groups is recognised in many quarters.

It is like there is an open field of room for those few who perform actions, and then a huge cubicle for those who only use words to battle inside of. This wouldn’t be the case if manipulation wasn’t prevalent, but since it is, you have a bigger opportunity to impress others by leading the way through your actions.
