When stress is reduced, you work more efficiently. How you manage your time is part of your personal agenda. Use priority lists to focus attention.

If you’re holding a meeting, draw up an agenda and circulate it to the staff attending beforehand. Work on difficult jobs first, or at a time when you’re at peak performance, saving the less stressful tasks for when you have less energy. invite as few people as possible to limit discussion.

To prepare a minute template simply use your agenda and put it in minute format. I use the meeting agenda as an index with each item as a tab number.
