A picky manager who gives you more and more complex tasks without showing recognition or proposing you for a promotion, that’s a disempowering person. An empowering person would give you more chances for promotion, or recognition.

Use social media functions with trust: retweet, like, promote. Most of the time, digital friendships last as long as the underlying hidden agenda’s of both parties last. At least Im telling you my true opinion, not a fake one from a blog owner who wants to promote his blog. Start a dialogue. What can go wrong? This is sad.

After all, you can’t please everybody and everyone has their own agenda. Even soldiers believe they’re serving their countries, when they may only be furthering the agenda of a dictator. I have appointments in my agenda and tasks to be done. I think I started to spend more time doing my homework than actually learning and living. Sometimes, I miss the thrill of not knowing what will happen tomorrow. Most of the time, I already know it. I have stared doing such activities in ly life too.
