As I was doing research for other articles on this blog I came across the International Association of Administrative Professionals' website ("IAAP") and was reminded of the advantages of being part of a professional organization. I was previously a member of IAAP when I was at another firm.

I would recommend putting your blogspot on your resume under "Accomplishments" with a brief description of what your blog is about. Make sure if you are using your blog as part of your "career package" that you keep your blog professional and on target. See you on the blog.

Below are some things that I have found helpful to build my network: Join a professional association such as the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP).
