The holidays are quickly approaching and this is the time of year when we reflect on our successes and goals and also begin thinking about what we can do to reach the next level the following year. Shortly thereafter, I received the IAAP Member of Excellence and the CAP certification. Lets grow together!

I would recommend putting your blogspot on your resume under "Accomplishments" with a brief description of what your blog is about. Make sure if you are using your blog as part of your "career package" that you keep your blog professional and on target. I have gained confidence in what I do from reading and writing about it.

New Year’s resolutions should be regarded as goals. If you want to loose 20 pounds, set small goals like change your eating habits, park farther from the store entrance, or reduce your serving portions. If you want to find a new job, first set the goal of updating your resume. Re-evaluate your goals often.
