Oh where or where is my password?

I know we are probably stuck with the current system of trying to remember log-in names and passwords, but thankfully at work if you do forget your password the administrator can re-set it, and then you have the option of changing it again. I keep mine in an encrypted Word file on my computer. Back to the drawing board. Works so far!

Try to anticipate the need so you can have the file or the answer your boss needs, before he or she even knows they need it. Be professional on the phone and greet people who come calling, but not everyone needs to get in to see the boss. As long as the end product looks good, at times we have to be creative to get there.
