In 2014 I had brain surgery (successful) and in 2015, I had open heart surgery (successful). Also, your mental health is very important. I still love the 43 hanging file system. Or take walks throughout the week. You must take care of your body so it will take care of you. This does not mean I never eat ice cream or cookies!
