I give PA support to each boss including diary management, booking international travel, preparing contracts, documents and papers. I also manage and mentor our team’s Apprentice, who is an invaluable help for various admin tasks. I maintain extensive status sheets for all our programmes so I always know what is going on.

I have heard of EAs working for successful international corporations and earning a very large salary. The goal is to go from a busy role to one that is absolutely crazy insane busy and stressful to prove you can do it. Even asking to intern, shadow, or be mentored by someone well respected is a great first step.
