I also act as the central point of contact for both Directors which might include meeting clients/suppliers, telephone liaison and managing emails whilst they are away. There's something electrifying about a shocking experience I had today when I decided to pay EDF, an electric utility supplier in the UK - anyone would think that ringing to pay a bill would be so easily - but it's not - not at all! nous we are the world's biggest electricity company and we have - OMG they still haven't answered the phone.

One of the reasons I started Practically Perfect PA back in 2011 was because I wanted to create an online community for assistants.
