The trade industry organization Airlines for America has reported customer service for airlines improving in three different areas. CNN states mishandled baggage was at an all time low for 2011 – 3.39 We now pack much more efficiently, and just travel with less “stuff.” drop from 2010.

Wachovia turned into Wells Fargo in March 2011. They also promised to have more in-house personnel to assist customers and to become more efficient. What if I was traveling and either lost my ATM card or didn’t remember my PIN? Train customer service agents better. photo by: prayitno.
