Get a single notebook and use it to record notes, phone numbers, web addresses, ideas, to-dos, etc. How much stuff do you have sitting on your desk or in your work area? Schedule filing time at least once per week.

The conversion had been going on since 2008, and Wells Fargo promised to become more environmentally friendly and use less paper and forms.
