The client had very long hair; the foils were almost all applied, and her cell phone rang. The mom couldn’t leave the salon with bleach and tin foils.

And I also did something to soften a potential crash: a dry run using a low effort project, just to get a glimpse of what should I expect. I didn’t wrote as much as I usually do and I didn’t promote it (or engage in cross-promotions) as often as I usually do. Now, this whole adventure backfired at me in a number of ways.

Being A Productivity Junkie I had my share of GTD from its early days, back in 2005-2006. I started to GTD in 2006 and I was an evangelist until 2008. Decision is the state in which you project your next reality. You may turn those ideas into projects later if you really want to. That too is perfectly ok.

What We See Is What We Project If you enter somebody else’s dream, you will notice a lot of persons there. Those persons are not individuals, they are merely projections of that person subconscious. They will mix in.

Nobody came to tell me what I have to do, they just informed me about the projects that were developed in the company and that was pretty much all. The projects were really boring, like software for assurance companies, with a lot of niche specific features, or software for managing parks or supermarkets. I was all alone in there.

As of August, this year, my non-compete agreement is over and I am already involved in a few local projects. One of those projects is in fact an entrepreneurship-investors event, called Venture Connect. Basically, my job here is to screen interesting projects, to evaluate them and to make sure they meet a certain criteria.

The ultimate project management victory: I crossed off my own death today. In this respect, a project is never “finished” in ADD. The graphical representation of a project in Assess – Decide – Do will look more like a spiral than like a Gantt diagram. Projects, tasks and events will start to fall into their places.

Whereas, when you firmly promote your knowledge, you exude confidence. &# It’s unfortunate that so many new copywriters get sucked into writing this sort of thing and think it applies to any sort of copywriting. In coffee shops I tend to do a lot of creative work: writing blog posts, commenting on other blogs, sketching projects or partnerships. because I can focus deeply on the day’s projects with minimal distraction (my colleagues can still reach me on my social media channels, but I can’t be instantly interrupted).
