That’s a crappy example, but you get the point. It demonstrates self-confidence. I like your before/after examples that light up the point. If I ever have to use an example of stupidity in my copy, that stupidity has to be on my part. But it requires little skill and no finesse, so it’s easy and fun to write.

We’re dealing with 122 pages in which he’s talking about: achievement and success, productivity, confidence and self-esteem, business, body and mind, people and relationships. If I would have to share in a single paragraph what I got from this book, it would go like this: a fresh and honest perspective on self-improvement.

I think a lot of my self-esteem and self-confidence is due to exercising. For example, you might enjoy yoga, tennis, swimming, aerobics, running, playing soccer, weightlifting, walking at your local mall, cycling, or hiking. For example, perhaps one piece of chocolate will do instead of two or three.

Speaking of links, if you have an ugly website with horrible copy that doesn’t reflect your skills, please don’t tell us. That said, don’t apply for internet jobs when you just came online, have no skills, no experience, but can definitely learn everything as you go along. DON’T have low self-esteem.

Let’s try some short examples: 1. Because helping the other person fulfills some internal desire for recognition and self-esteem. These are just short, real-life examples when we are playing what I call social games. I mean taking blogging for an example. I like your clear workplace example. Don’t buy this?
