A study done in 2005 showed that women under 25 working full time earned 93 cents to every dollar a man earned. That means that if I take a salaried job today, I might be earning $32,550 while the guy next to me earns $35,000. We’ve passed the “resume” stage, and entered the “interview” stage. Because men over 25 get promoted.
