T his article was originally published in 2005 by Ken Thompson and Robin Good. Human team members have the gift of human intelligence so we need to construct rules which are more abstract and allow space for team members to apply their own judgements. I will then introduce the third triad of supporting action rules (rules 7, 8 and 9).
