I also learned at a "Working Smarter with Microsoft Outlook" seminar that we should not use e-mails as urgent requests. Where's the remote thingy for the PowerPoint? I had a situation a couple of years ago where I had replied to an e-mail that I had mis-read and that caused a bit of kirfluffle (not sure how spell that).
