Be willing to learn a lot, wear a lot of hats, not complain, and follow their lead. Also respect that they are also busy and may not be able to hold your hand past the initial training period. Learn to walk the fine line of having initiative but not stepping on anyone’s toes. Be a student and view them as your mentors/teachers.
