Talk with your manager. If you’re already meeting with your manager on a consistent basis, use the meetings as an opportunity to discuss your career path. If you don’t have a weekly meeting, it’s time to set up one so your manager can stay connected to what you’re doing. If the answer is no, start preparing for a job hunt.
