The truth is that charging by the hour is terribly customer unfriendly and is therefor very bad for your small business and start-up business, like SOHO-, SME, SMB-, Micro-, Lifestyle-, Home-, DIY-, Hobby-, Boomer- or Personal business, like professional, contractors, freelancer, self-employed, sole-trader and virtual assistants.

I disagree with your view that all businesses owners currently in trouble are ignorant, maybe you need to start talking to some small business owners who are not in the services industry to get the real understanding of the problem. IMO, Mr Sugar has not a clue what he is talking about, he is just helping his Labour pals with some PR.
