My advice is to grab a member and become a mentor or get mentored! I am thankful for the new skills I have received and the old skills I have improved. Not only are you improving your skills and adding to your resume, you are making yourself more indispensable and an asset to your company or the next one.

Although I was fearful to make the move and doubted my abilities, the transition has been relatively easy to make and more suited to what I am skilled to do. If a more experienced assistant comes alongside you and provides mentoring - dont refuse it. She said it wouldnt look good on my resume if I was seen as a job hopper.
