Both assistants attended different parts of the tour, one Chicago, the other Cincinnati yet they are part of the same IAAP chapter. I'm attaching a copy of the October newsletter for the Madison (Wisconsin) chapter of IAAP. Plus this is really helping me get over my stage fright of leading and managing a meeting.

I did this by becoming a member of IAAP. My self-esteem grew by leaps and bounds as I became more active in IAAP. My manager noticed the difference in my professional demeanor. I then asked how my manager’s role fit into the company’s goals. I then asked how my manager’s role fit into the company’s goals.
