Click on Tools, Macro, Record New Macro… Type in the name of the macro and a description for it, so that others know what this is used for. In order to get your tasks completed on time and in a proficient manner, there is a little trick that I use to make sure that I only focus on one project at a time and give it my undivided attention (when I possibly can).
