I am able to get a confirmation from the automated system to let me know that the reservation has been made with all of the details that I need. Another option is to create templates in Microsoft Office and either e-mail them to everyone or place them on a network drive for everyone to access. This way, everyone will have to follow the exact same details as are set out. This way, everyone will be using the exact same documents , spreadsheet , etc. so that they dont get changed.

If you use a filing system for your to-dos, create folders numbered from 1 - 31. Try to complete tasks that need your attention within 2 - 3 business days. Otherwise you will start to fall behind and clients/staff members will start asking whats going on. Then place each task into the corresponding day that you need to complete the task by.
