Google for the UTA list and sign up for all email lists and job boards for the entertainment industry, network with people you know, send your resume and cover letter snail mail to every company you want to work at to the attn of the recruiting department, and establish an online presence so headhunters find you via LinkedIn and job sites.

Call your old contacts, do informational interviews, network twice removed. Whenever I look for a job, I send out over 200 individual emails telling people what I've been up to.

The only downside is you may be asked to take a pay cut, which is not wise to accept if you know you are very marketable and have a deep savings account to look for the next perfect job. And this comes into play when you are on interviews and tell your story about your career path and this specific job.
