These events can cause undue stress because the pressure is on for the event to be as successful, the gift to be appreciated, or even for you to have some quality relaxation time. If you are planning the holiday party, there will be food, entertainment, gift giveaways, and possible employee awards and recognition. Read a good book.

The cards are all made with recycled paper and you can even include a gift if you like and this company will send it off for you. I recently sent an admin assistant friend a card to acknowledge all the hard work she does every day and included a gift of brownies. What a convenient way to send cards. She loved it! Excellent material!

One thing I have found that goes a long way are personal handwritten thank you notes and Starbucks gift cards. I sent her a personal note and a gift card to say thank you. I deal with this woman almost monthly for organizational travel. I completely forgot to book his room - I know, total F-up. She totally saved my skin.
