When I set up my account to use PayPal Here I used their online form to get signed up, but found when I was helping my client that calling PayPal was a much faster way. The log-in can either be done using your email address or your phone number that is tied to your PayPal account. ZIP - Enter the postal code for your customer.

When I receive an initial request for a meeting, I use a meeting form and write down the information I need: who is requesting the meeting, what is the purpose of the meeting, where it will be held and a phone number or an e-mail address and dates that are available. 411 Look Up 411.ca

If you have a few ideas or requests in your e-mail, it is best to set it out in point form so the person does not have to dig for it. Point being. For example, "Please send me the following information: - A photocopy of Ms. If you find some are outdated please let me know so I can remove them from this list. 411 Look Up 411.ca

I have a network of assistants that I call friends, although some are just phone colleagues, but we help each other. If you know what works best for you and if your job is 80/20 on what you like then you can put up with the small stuff like filing and filling out expense forms. GET TO KNOW YOUR CO-WORKERS. We are not an island.

I can interact where I am now, but I have to get up and go if I want to speak with someone and then when I get there I may find they are busy or on the phone so I have wasted my time. Of course there is a down side to being able to do that. I am good at some things, but not as confident in other things. I liked that. 411 Look Up 411.ca

If there are forms that need to filled in and it has a due date in June, I put those forms in the June folder with a bf date on it for a week before it is due. I create a corresponding Task reminder and write something like this: WAITBIN need to prepare form for production by March 23rd. 411 Look Up 411.ca
