A certification can certainly help you get promoted to an executive assistant position or be considered for an executive assistant position. We get to know all our attendees and form long-lasting relationships. There were several public seminar companies whose 1 day workshops I attended and I did learn some good tips.

Those who help the company become more innovative or strategic will make themselves key players – and those are the people a company is more likely to retain and promote. Ask your boss for opportunities to train in other departments, or to attend seminars or classes at a local university. Get more training. Thanks, David!
