Back in time I build my factory in China at nearly zero cost – steal building, low salaries and no debt, in depressed market this is the way to survive and succeed. Obviously you need a business address for post / faxes etc but is even a live receptionist necessary?

For example, if your boss is on a business trip for 2 weeks, how will signature approvals be taken care of - fax, a signature stamp, by the 2nd in command, or will things have to wait? Just like being a Fed Ex delivery person isn’t that glamorous, they are needed in the business world, and they get paid a salary that isn’t too shabby.
