Then I have my faxes set up as green. Tip: Make sure not to use too many colors, since you might forget to distinguish the important from the less important. For example, I receive an e-mail from my direct supervisor. This will show up in red, since I know I have to get to this one first, before I can even touch any other one.

There are some companies that, unfortunately, don’t allow for purchases such as stationary , fax machines , toner , etc. Do you feel that you could find better buys, not just by going to the different stores such as Staples or Grand & Toy , but online as well? Since I work for a large corporation, this is my case as well.

I have been updating my firms website stats for quite some time now and wanted to share some tips on getting the information correct - the first time. Another tip that I would like to add is to make sure to exclude any IP addresses or pages that spiders or other crawlers might hit your site with. Do you have software in place for it?
