Like time spent on social media, for example. for the gaming, I use them as a form of decompression but I tend to play games that have an earlier ending than most (sports games, WWE 13, etc.). that I tend to decompress with TV shows like Gossip Girl (Im shameless) and sports games that have a definite end.
