Along with our multiple work passwords, we have a password for our home computer, and if we sign up for Facebook, Twitter or any other website, we have another password to remember. I keep mine in an encrypted Word file on my computer. Servers are usually backed up daily, so your file will likely be restored. Works so far!

To add a second time zone to your calendar go to Options >Calendar>Time zones>Show a second time zone. Under Look In select User Templates in File System. You can use Smart Art in Outlook as you would in PowerPoint. Save it as an Outlook Template.
