Phishing scams have been around for quite some time now, where an e-mail would ask you to enter some personal information into a fake website that looks quite real. Then they would lure you into entering your bank account information, pin, etc. They would even sell your personal information in chat rooms on the black market.

The best way I could find accomplishing this task is by having to change the time zone information each time I need to add a new meeting. As for the DST, it really does mess things up. Since Outlook only allows for one time zone to be added to the persons calendar , this makes it a little difficult.

These are endless, since many people have usernames and passwords for so many different sites, it really is impossible to keep track of all of this information. Back up your passwords and copy them between computers. Then you have the dreaded website passwords. Try taking off the CAPS lock.

Here are some basic steps you can take to handle these types of situations: Take about 5 – 10 minutes to write up a plan of what tasks you have to complete (you can also do this on your Microsoft Outlook Task bar). If you do get distracted, finish up what you are doing and then focus on the last task that was on your sheet.

I take the bus to work and I often see people getting on a busy bus and then going through their backpack or purse looking for their bus tickets and holding up the line.
