Click on Tools, Macro, Record New Macro… Type in the name of the macro and a description for it, so that others know what this is used for. If you use a filing system for your to-dos, create folders numbered from 1 - 31. Try to complete tasks that need your attention within 2 - 3 business days. Otherwise you will start to fall behind and clients/staff members will start asking whats going on. Then place each task into the corresponding day that you need to complete the task by.
