To add your countrys or any religious holidays that you follow into your Outlook calendar, follow these 3 simple steps: Click Tools, Options, and then Calendar Options. Another option is to create templates in Microsoft Office and either e-mail them to everyone or place them on a network drive for everyone to access. Click on Tools, Macro, Record New Macro… Type in the name of the macro and a description for it, so that others know what this is used for. It even happened to me a few times, where people would create files themselves, then send it around to others to review and make changes, but never save it on the network drive.
