This saves a bunch of time if you have to do a function several times and there isnt a keyboard short cut. Also, Facebook has a few I believe. This repeats the last function you did (ie inserting a row in Excel) if you press the ctrl Y you will keep inserting rows. Try checking Yahoo Groups or Google Groups.

There are just too many passwords to remember, and that doesnt include my bosss passwords that I also need to know because I have to check his emails as well as my own. Some sites use your email address as the log in, while others require you to create your own. But things like email etc, are all logged up in the noggin.

Other times we will be talking and I notice his eyes moving to his BlackBerry and I will see he is no longer paying attention to me, but reading emails instead. Always get the persons permission and never post someone elses photo on a social networking site such as Facebook without asking the person first.

The nice thing about on-line sites is for the most part they are free, but what they dont charge in fees they can take up in time, as many of us have experienced with sites such as Facebook. Let your fingers do the walking: Quick keyboard sh. You can spend a lot of time in front of your computer. Oh where or where is my password?
