I’m a virtual gal and a firm believer in storing these things in the cloud in such places as Google Docs and Dropbox. IMPORTANT: block out travel time! Organize information you refer to often in folders or databases. DO NOT start from scratch each time or rely on memory – this wastes HUGE amounts of time.
