The images I take with my iPhone 7 are far superior to my expensive, 10 year old digital camera. Scan and Fax Email. Adobe Scan , but there is also ABBYY Scan and the Dropbox app has a scan feature as well. My favorite is Slack , but there is also Yammer and Skype. Capture the Moment(s). Smartphone cameras have come a long way.

Having VAs I can simply fax order forms to. I have Dropbox on my phone as well so I can easily send documents to my consultants while on the road. Money example: snapping a picture of a biz expense to my Money notebook in Evernote at the moment of spending.   What Tips, Tricks, Strategy, Operations Setup Do You Recommend?

Since I work at home (and because we're full-time RVers, always on the road), I need to be able to fax/copy/convert from anywhere. My scanner serves all these purposes -- scan a document in and you can then e-fax it over the internet, print out a copy, edit it directly through OCR software, save it as a PDF and toss the paper.
