Business environment and set-up cost: There is not much potential for international business because you will not be able to keep your prices competitive with foreign companies once you factor in shipping costs. The set-up cost for this business is one of the more expensive ones due to all the equipment that will be required.

Defend your prices in terms of value for money to your customers and then get them to do it for you to potential new customers. Extend your value for money by keeping your customers informed I use an email newsletter to great effect. Promote your value for money. Cheapest isn’t the best.

This sounds like the fantasy version of the e-commerce lifestyle that’s sold in Instagram ads, but it was reality for my wife and me when we lived in Mexico in 2019. I didn’t take the time to find out what my customers wanted. I tried to compete on price instead of building a brand. Or a service?
