Nobody seems to really know what its called, but Powerpoint Remote was given as a common name. It's called a Presentation Remote.

In our office it’s chat because when you’re working in cubicles it creates the least amount of disturbance. Or is it possible that you can present by video and not require others to do the same? The present icon is the fourth in the lower taskbar of your chat window and looks expectedly like a computer screen.

If you are on a training course via your computer (WebEx) and listening in to the presenter, you want your full attention on the seminar or workshop that you are attending at your cubicle. The easiest way to avoid this is to create a "Do Not Disturb" sign and place it somewhere on your cubicle that can be seen clearly.

But in the office, you have to show that you are a neat person, since you are showing people how well you perform at your job.
