If you fail to get this right, as I did with my online men’s store, then your customers won’t care about your offerings, and you’ll have to go back to your old cubicle job. You could use your store to sell diving excursions to tourists, dog walking to busy professionals, or your coaching/consulting/accounting/speaking skills.
