I was interviewed earlier this month and so I pasted it below. When people would ask me in interviews, my first answer was, “No nepotism here!” I learned through informational interviews that I should apply to temp agencies. Whether based on your cover letter or resume, recruiters only take 6 seconds to see if you are match.

I enjoy doing this and it helps when I volunteer or make suggestions to those I'm mentoring or friends who ask me questions. We swapped stories about interview attire. I've actually sent in my resume and cover letter to companies with open positions whenever their site was down or when a post had expired.
