Google, Microsoft, and pretty much every other major technology developer has been incorporating elements of A.I. Of course, the more information you give it, the better the outcome. When I can’t find an image I want, I now can use the “text to image” app in Canva and tell A.I. to generate the exact image I’m looking for.

I didn't have much choice except to sink or swim and I dog paddled with all my might and stayed afloat and got better at it and recently was able to give a webinar on Taking Effective Meeting Minutes. Also, take time to share your own "pain points" concerning meeting management and get a clear understanding of what kind of structure and tools they use to ensure successful meetings. When you are required to juggle a lot of moving pieces, it is essential to avoid gathering agenda topics, content, deck versions, and minutes via email.

The good thing about on-line courses, is anyone can do it from anywhere. I use a place based in Toronto, Canada called Last Minute Training. It works in the same way as last minute flights do. When it gets closer to the course date and it doesnt look like they will fill the seats, they offer the course at a cheaper price.

We really dont have an excuse because it is becoming increasingly easy to take courses online. I have had great experiences learning online in interactive courses. Of course there will come a time when questions about certain things will not have to be asked as it is hoped the new hire will catch on to the office procedures and their initiative will kick in and they will take on these tasks on their own, but in the beginning please ask.
