Remove everything else - pens, stapler, toys, gadgets, phone, monitor, etc. Sort – everything into boxes/containers according to what needs to be done: file , shred, recycle , refer, toss, etc. Dust and polish - give your desktop a cleaning. This will also reinforce the idea of a “fresh start&# for your desktop.

It's simple to keep my schedule, lists and important health notes in one place.  We also both have android phones and when I add appointments on my phone it syncs online and vice versa. Since we both have gmail calendars it automatically adds to the hubby phone/calendar. I added hubby on to view and edit.

.  I'm sure that sounds odd -- maybe you were thinking the focus would be health; but I wanted to focus on figuring out the true cause of my illness rather than having doctors pump me up with meds.  Good news is we found the multiple causes for my health decline and began the healing.
