Since I work at home (and because we're full-time RVers, always on the road), I need to be able to fax/copy/convert from anywhere. But I live and work in less than 200 square feet -- so I don't have the room for a lot of equipment. Coordinating equipment requests and advancing concerts with vendors overseas was a nightmare.
